Bush not controlling emissions (not even from himself)

Yeah I made a stupid fart joke. I'm immature what can I say? Really what is hilarious is that a bunch of states are suing, yes you read that right, suing the Bush administration for not living up to curbing emissions of vehicles. Specifically, they will sue the EPA (which for years has been one of those organizations that thinks it can claim environmentalism by name only) for blocking initiatives to curb emissions. I mean c'mon! (I know I say that quite often). The EPA (it needs to be large to hammer in the point) stopped California from implementing a law to lower (for shit's sake lowering!!!!!!!!!!) emissions. What kind of retardation does it take to say no to things that protect the environment. This is absolutely unacceptable! This shows you just how tight and entrenched business is with this administration (waaaaahhh we don't want to lower emissions cause then we will have to actually develop new technology... boooooo... boooooooooooo). This is so frustrating. I need to stop writing, since it is turning into a rant.

Addendum: Apparently certain technologies have existed since the 70s and are unwilling to be used because too much money is invested on maintaining high oil use cars.
